"Somos de Madrid y es la segunda vez que venimos. Misma o mejor experiencia que la anterior. Los arroces están muy buenos y el encargado de hacerlas, Jose Manuel, es un artista en la cocina. Os recomiendo que vayáis a probarlo, seguro que repetirás!!!!"

"Muy buena paella mixta y de arroz negro. De las mejores que he probado. El socarrat de las dos de maravilla. Buen sitio para encargar paellas. Se nota la profesionalidad del cocinero y de las buena materia prima y del buen fondo que elabora desde bien temprano para conseguir estos sabores. Sin duda si vuelvo a Xeraco vuelvo a encargarlas."

"Espectacular, no puedo decir una palabra que lo defina mejor. Pedimos un arroz del señoret, con un sabor exquisito que se notaba que el caldo era fumet casero, nada de bote ni starlux. Ración más que generosa por persona. La paella finita como tiene que ser y en hora. El dueño/cocinero muy atento y aconsejando en todo momento según nuestros gustos. Sin duda repetiremos."

"Arroz Señoret exquisito , trato muy amable y detallista del personal , y el arroz espectacular, sin duda volveremos. Dimos con el sitio por casualidad buscando por internet y al ver las reseñas no me lo pense, acierto total."

"Sublime!!!! Dedicar unas muy buenas palabras a la mejor Fideua que probado, y sobre todo a la amabilidad y el buen trato que recibí en "Ca Mina", hemos disfrutado y deleitado con 6 de sus paellas, arroces y Fideua en nuestras vacaciones y siempre con la mejor experiencia. Muy importante destacar que ya desde las 8 de mañana están allí los cocineros preparando el Fumet y lo avíos, mientras reservas estas viendo como llega todo producto fresco a primera hora. Sitio obligado si vas por Xeraco. Mi familia y yo te damos las Gracias Chef por esos dias."

"El chef sabe muy bien los entresijos en la elaboración de las paellas y así lo demuestra en sus arroces y fideuá. Tiene una técnica en su cocina que apuesta por el equilibrio en la cocción y el sabor, y lo plasma muy bien en sus deliciosas paellas. Fue una novedad descubrir su nuevo negocio de este año en la playa de Xeraco y le estoy muy agradecido por apostar por la zona. Somos muchos los nuevos clientes y nunca nos ha defraudado. Un chef de 10. Muy recomendable, te sorprenderás."

"Descubrimos el sitio por casualidad y nos decidimos a encargar una paella de marisco. Simplemente espectacular. Pedimos para 3 personas y fueron raciones abundantes. De sabor estaba buenísima. 100% recomendable. Si volvemos a Xeraco repetiremos sin dudarlo."
